Thanks for the reply. There isnt an issue with slow link, its getting the GPO picked up as the user logs in VPN after they have logged in (with their Domain Account) to the laptop. So, have the msi set with Computer or User Config wont make a difference. I would like the GPO enabled when the connect to the VPN/connect to the network.
