Honestly Telstra is the WORST internet provider in the nation, why any sane individual would want to willingly use a Telstra service is beyond me. I recently switched from Exetel (a Telstra reseller) with zero problems, to Telstra as I am sharing and they already had a BigPond service and of course nothing but problems. I've been able to receive mail but not send for 2 days now. I'm using Outlook from Office 365 running on Windows 10. I've changed my server settings to numerous settings I could find online, but now Outlook isn't sending or receiving e-mails.
